I am going to introduce to you the sensors use to measure and control the solar connected greenhouse. They allow to optimise the resources and mesure if solutions found are efficient.

The sensors allow to measure, temperature, humidity, luminosity, voltage, intensity, level of water and the CO2.

Every sensors are used to work with the software of the project. You can upload the program on my github page.  https://github.com/InnoGreenTech/Solar-connected-greenhouse I update it regulary

In the first time i am going to introduce the greenhouse sensors follow by the garden sensors.

Summary

1-Sensors of the solar greenhouse

2-Sensors of the garden and the compost

 2-The sensors of solar greenhouse

Sensors of greenhouse

humidity temperature CO2 sensors

 DHT22 sensor MZ-Z19B sensor
This PCB bring 3 sensors, a DHT22, a photo-resistor and a CO2 sensor. Here the file of PCB. This board is powered by 5 v, the photo-resistor is connected on entry  A2_1, the CO2 sensor on the serial port of the greenhouse board. The DHT22 is connected on entry I2_O. DHT22 is a temperature and humidity sensor. It is connected on the entry I2_0 of greenhouse card. It will able to control the environnement of green house help from the cooling system, a humidifier and a VMC.   The sensor MH-Z19B measure the CO2 rate in the greenhouse. with it we will be able to regulate it with a VMC to maintain the rate at 800 ppm. For this we can use the gaz of the lombric-compost.
Photo resistor Sonar HC-SR04 DS18B20 temperature sensor
We measure the luminosity with a photo-resistor. It is not really accurate, but it allow to detect Night and Day. It is connected on entry A2_1. Like this it is possible to switch on a light and spray during the night only.  The sonar HC-SR04 allow to measure the level of water. The Trigger pin is connected on I2_3 and the Echo pin on I2_2 of greenhouse solar card.  It allow to preserve the resources. I have changed this sensor by VL53L0X  The sensor of temperature DS18B20 is water proof. It measures the temperature of the greenhouse soil. It is connected on a OneWire bus in input I2_4 of the greenhouse card. It allow to contol the heating of the soil, to protect it of the frozen.
DS18B20 temperature sensor moisture sensor resistor 1k
This DS18B20 measure the temperature of the tank of water. It control the cooling system and its efficacity. It is connected on a bus OneWire. Connected on analog input A2_0 of the greenhouse, it measure the moisture of the soil to spray the green house.  The entry A2_4 is connected on a voltage bridge divider. It is connected on 24 VDC to control the level of battery load and preserve this resource. the max voltage is 30 VCC.

2-The sensors of the garden and compost:

sensors garden

intensity sensors in 3D box

intensity sensor 20 A for battery and load DHT21 for outdoor temperature and humidity

This a support for 2 intensity sensors. The first measure the intensity that throw the battery, it is connected on entry A1_1. The second measure the load installation and it is connected on terminal  block A2_1.

The sensor ACS712-20A  is a intensity sensor. It allow to know the energize use and catch by the solar panel. It will allow to adjust a strategy to preserve energy.  The DHT11 is a temperature and humidity sensor, it is put outside. Those are importante information to take good choices. I have changed this sensor by DS18B20 it is really  better than DHT11
moisture sensor DS18B20 temperature sensor
It is connected at analog input  A1_4. It measures the moisture of the garden to control the spray. This temperature sensor measure the soil of the garden and in the compost to  heat it  if temperature is too low.  The sensor BMP280 measures the humidity, temperature and pression. It is use in outdoor, for weather forcasts too. It is connected on I²C bus
