This is the last step of the construction of the solar connected greenhouse. 

I'm going to introduce the actuators that i use to active the functionalities of the greenhouse. 

The VMC (mechanical controlled ventilation)

The automatic spray for the greenhouse and the garden. 

Thee cooling system allow to improve the inertia of the solar greenhouse. It stock it in the water of the tank of water. This the key of its autonomy.

The heating resistor for the compost and the horticole lamp for the solar greenhouse. 

As soon:

Aquaponie system in the greenhouse, It will be connected on the cooling system, like i will not use more energize.

I will use a exchanger air/water in the lombricompost. It will be connected on the same loop than the cooling system. Like this I will have more material to improve the inertie and in same time i will improve the conditions in  the lombricomposter.

 1-The VMC:

The controlled mechanic ventilation have two modes of work. In first step it regulate with a clap controlled by a servomotor, if it is not enough a fan will be start to obtain good values. It is controlled by six parameters, temperature of greenhouse, outdoor temperature, greenhouse humidity, outdoor humidity, greenhouse CO2 and luminosity.

This ventilation is made with a diameter 100 pipe of PVC, i have developed four accessories, a fan base, a top support, a clap and a drilling template.   Here the STL files.

A pipe of  PVC, its diameter do 100 mm, the length need to do about 40 cm.  The pipe allow to through the ceiling. (what's up) A PVC hat protect the pipe of the rain. A fan 90x90 is connected at the output 2 of greenhouse board

A little servo-motor 9g move the clap. It is connected on output 6 of green house board.    

 

 

 

 2-The automatic spray:

The automatic spray of the greenhouse allow to spray the garden and humidify the greenhouse. The moisture of the soils controls the spray, it is activated only the night. As soon il will be connected at the cat proof to afraid. Do not worry i love cats, it is a learning system.  

A little pump of 60 watts actives the system. I use nozzles misting to spray garden and green house. Each branch is activate by a electro-valve  that are connected on  the board of the garden. The system use the water of the reserve tank about 600 liters:  Drawing here.

Diaphragm  60 watts pump. It works with 24 VDC 24 VDC Electro-valve. I use nozzle misting to spray greenhouse .

 

 

 

 2-The cooling system:

The cooling system allow to stock solar energy in the water of the greenhouse, during the day and to give it during the night. This system is really efficient, it is low power method to have a acceptable temperature during the night.

For this i use a air/water exchanger, in which  circulates the water of the tank of water of the greenhouse. This allow to prevent the high temperature in the greenhouse and to stock the energy in the water. The night when the temperature go low, this energy is returned at the solar greenhouse and maintain a setting temperature.

This system can easily be adapt on other installation of greenhouse.

This exchanger allow  to mount  fan of 120 mm, it is also allow for 2 or 3 fan. I going to replace mine by a twin fan, i will use my simple for my lombricompost.  For a bigger installation i think that is possible to use a  car exchanger.  Low power  fan, it improve the transfert of energy. It consumes 5 watts. Brush-less Van pump of 20 watts, it is connected on PWM output.  Like this it is possible to adjust it and  save power  (half for me). 

 

 
 

 

 2-The horticole lamp and the lombricompost heating :

The horticole allow to add one hour at the day. It automatically switch one at evening. When the weather is raining i deactivate it to preserve the battery. I will program this. I have modified the lamp to work in 24 VDC, It provide 800 lux (measure do with a phone).

The compost is heating by auto-regulate resistor.   I was thinking to install one in the greenhouse, it is not necessary the seeds grown well without.  The cooling system is suffisant.
