Make a vegetable garden with a water tank.

In this text we are going to creat a vegetable garden. It is able to contain 400 liters of topsoil and a tank of water of 400 liters. This is the first part of an project of autonomous agriculture, after it will have a autonomous spray with a control of the level of water in the tank. It is made with wooden beam of 80x145 and 90x90, built to long time live. You have to have too PVC liner, geotextile,isolating plate styrodur of 40 mm and wood screws of 140x6.

Design with Freecad, there is no the placements of screws. In fact when i designed the parts i didn't decide their places.

I have cut the wood with circular saw and a scissor for wood. You need to provide about four hours to do the cutting.

It is necessary to level the ground and clean it of things that could perforate the PVC liner. After i have assembled the wood beam with screws of 140x6. I prepared the holes before the assembly, like this there is a more beautiful result. A little trick, put fat on the tip of the screw, this will help you to screw it.

Drilling of evacuations : A lower connection able to fill the tank and a hole on the top for the overfull. I have used PVC fitting of 1 " and flex pipe of 25 mm. I found them here: https://www.jardinet.fr/
Installation of geotextile and liner: Put a geotextil under the liner to protect it. I have fixed the PVC with clips. To help me i filled the tank with a little bit water to position the liner.

Mise en place du plancher : I have put isolate plates between the wood beams. For this i have fixed littles wood pieces.The plates are encased without screw, like this it possible to release them if you need to repair the liner.

To protect the liner i used a geotextile after i filled with abou 80 liters of gravel, i added a geotextile before to put about 300 liters of topsoil.
